1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AISCKOP Technologies website ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. IP Licensing Framework

AISCKOP Technologies ("we", "us", "our") owns all intellectual property rights in and to the biotechnological assets, research data, strain information, and related materials ("IP Assets") described on this Site. The IP Assets are made available for licensing under negotiated terms, not for sale.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or license IP Assets. All licensing terms are subject to separate written agreements executed between AISCKOP Technologies and the licensee. No IP Asset will be disclosed, transferred, or licensed without execution of appropriate confidentiality and licensing agreements.

3. NDA Requirements

Access to detailed technical data, performance metrics, strain characteristics, and proprietary research findings ("Technical Data") requires execution of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA"). Until an NDA is fully executed:

• No Technical Data will be disclosed
• All descriptions on this Site are summary-level only
• No representations or warranties are made regarding performance or suitability

Submitting an inquiry through our Data Room Request form does not constitute NDA execution. A separate NDA document will be provided for signature.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISCKOP Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom. Those who access the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
